Terms of Service

Before obtaining any work made by me (may it be premades, customs, or commissions) please be aware of the information below:Do not ask to change my prices, I have them publically listed for viewers to see before reaching out to commission me. If the prices are too high for you personally then just don’t commission me. Simple.

Payment Method:

Steps to expect:

1) Communication, please let me know what it is what you would like for me to create. It helps if you already have a vision or stick figure of the pose or idea you’d like. Please come ready with what you want rather than guessing. I don’t want to waste any time for both you and me.2) Payment IS upfront. I will not start working on art until paid. I do not charge per hour, so everything is a set price that needs to be agreed upon before proceeding to this point.3) Sketch. Here’s is where I’ll get the main idea on canvas, this is the time for revisions may it be on poses and type of background objects or props you’d like to stand out or be visible.4) Lineart once sketch has been approved. I’ll send the finished lineart to be reviewed in case you wish for lineweight change or if something was missed that I didn’t catch.5) Render/Color. I’ll send the finished result for a final revision to you in order to see if any small changes are needed.And we’re done! Let me know if you’d like to recieve your commission sent to you! (Email, toyhouse, discord, etc)

Turn Around Time:

TAT can be between 1-3 months (mostly done sooner BUT in the case not). If not completed within 3 months of when payment was sent, you will be refunded in full.In the case I couldn’t complete the work in the 3 month timeframe and don’t have the money on person at the time; I will grant the refund by making adopts or through other commissions to refund you back if I am financially unable to do so that very moment. I will let you know of course!Overall the 3 month deadline gives me wiggle room to work on multiple projects at once. It also is a timeframe where you are assured your money back!That said, if you’re going to commission me, I do not mind being messaged for the status of your work! I take no offense for you wondering what the hold up is when you’ve spent hard earned money. So please, feel free to dm me for anything and I’ll do my absolute best to get back to you in a timely manner.

No refunds once finished. Unrightful Chargebacks will result in a blacklist and public beware. What consists of unrightful?

Please just communicate with me if something comes up. I understand emergencies happen.

Failure to abide by terms listed above will result in a block and barred from ever receiving my services in the future. If found block evading to get any services from me; by either you or someone on your behalf, WILL be reported.

Premade/Adoptables:

Once a premade is bought, you can do whatever you’d like with them, they are yours! I just ask my art for the design is not deleted nor my credits altered. Do NOT profit off my artwork, I still own the rights to my art. What that means: the character rights are yours, but the art made by me is not. If you’d like to edit something about the designs reference art made by me all I ask is that you just credit me properly. I do not have a blacklist you must abide by, I don’t have the time to keep track of that, nor do I care who owns my designs as long as it’s adults.

DO NOT sell my designs to minors! My work is for adults ONLY

Basically, just be a decent human being and tag things properly.
